Duration: 4 days (self-study) + 1 day exam (certification)

Add: 12 months to develop your competencies to proficient or contributor level (hands-on practical experience)

 

ELITE MASTERCLASSES

PCiBS Project Manager (PRACTITIONER Level)

Duration: 4 days (self-study) + 1 day exam (certification)

Add: 6 months to develop your competencies to practitioner level (hands-on practical experience)

 

STAGE 2

PCiBS Lead Project Manager (MASTER Level)

Duration: 4 days (self-study) + 1 day exam (certification)

Add: 12 months to develop your competencies to master level (hands-on practical experience)

 

STAGE 3

PCiBS Senior Lead Project Manager (EXPERT Level)

Duration: 4 days (self-study) + 1 day exam (certification)

Add: 18 months to develop your competencies to expert level (hands-on practical experience)

 

EXAMS are written for each level after you achieved your competencies for the required level.

NOTE: Exams can be re-written within a year at no extra charge.
