ADMISSIONS & APPLICATIONS

Admission requirements for MASTERCLASSES:
  • Age: Minimum age 16 years (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
  • All documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

    NOTE: 

    • Our PCiBS English teacher will teach you English in our live online Learning Management System (LMS) while studying at PCiBS. No TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent scores are needed.

    All PCiBS’ programs are conducted in English, and all correspondence will be in English.

    Admission requirements for EXECUTIVE Certificate / Diploma
    • Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
    • A professional qualification that is equivalent to a diploma / degree and a minimum of two years of working experience

    OR

    • Previous work experience in the field of Project Management (minimum 5 years) demonstrated through a CV
    • Acceptance Advantage: Two letters of recommendation by your peers to start your postgraduate studies explaining your experience and why you would undertake to start these studies.

    PLUS

    • All subjects / transcripts documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
    • One passport-size photo.
    • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

      Admission requirements for EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL or EXPERT Programme:
      • Any recognized Master’s Degree or its equivalent. OR Executive Education – Diploma.
      • Completed previous education in an English medium.
      • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field of the PROFESSIONAL / EXPERT specialization.
      • Education qualification documents.
      • One passport-size photo.
      • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.
      • Current Resume / C.V attached.
      • A portfolio of published materials (if any).
      • Statement of intent for the study.
      • All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.

        All PCiBS training will be provided by Ernest Lehman University (ELU).

        ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

        Step 1.

        Select your program Specialization

        Go through the list of programs and select your specialization.

        STEP 2.

        Complete an Enquiry form

        We will send you all the required relevant information to make a decision about your studies.

        STEP 3.

        Application Fees

        The application fees are the Enrollment no fees. These are applicable to each program application.

        Enrollment Fees

        All applicants will be sent an enrollment form before the course starts. There is an Enrollment fee of USD 55.00 for Masterclass programs and USD 115.00 for Executive programs, and these are applicable with each program application. There will be no exceptions.

        Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

        STEP 4.

        Payment of Fees

        The enrollment and student fees are applicable for the programme or subjects that you enroll in. Payment of your course fees will be expected after the enrollment process has been completed and accepted by PCiBS Administration department.

        An offer of admission to study will be sent to you for acceptance. Once PCiBS Administration department receives your signed acceptance, PCiBS will register you as a student and a student number will be allocated to you.

        A link will be e-mailed to you to make your course or program payment. Please use your allocated student number as a reference. If this is not done, it creates unnecessary delays in the enrollment and registration process.

        NOTE: 

        • Our PCiBS English teacher will teach you English in our live online Learning Management System (LMS) while studying at PCiBS. If you use our English teacher, no TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent scores are needed. English enrollment is required at the same time.

        Enrollment Application

        All our lectures are in English. PCiBS / ELU takes no accountability or responsibility for students who cannot keep up with the work if they struggle with the English language. It is also recommended that students use spell-checking software. We lecture in English.
