ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Admission requirements for Post- graduate Online Short Courses
  • A professional qualification that is equivalent to a diploma / degree and a minimum of two years of working experience

OR

  • Previous work experience in the field of Project Management (minimum 2 years) demonstrated through a CV

PLUS

  • English level: For non-English speaking students, TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent is required for students who did not study at English-speaking schools. The Admission Committee will also consider factors such as TOEFL/IELTS scores.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

NOTE: 

  • Our PCiBS English teacher will teach you English in our live online Learning Management System (LMS) while studying at PCiBS. If you use our English teacher, no TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent scores are needed. English enrollment is required at the same time.

All PCiBS’ programs are conducted in English and all correspondence will be in English.

  • Age: Minimum age 18 years
  • Recognition of Previous (RPL) Study: All documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
  • English level: For non-English speaking students, TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent is required for students who did not study at English speaking school. The Admission Committee will also consider factors such as TOEFL/IELTS scores.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

Admission requirements for Post- graduate Diploma or Master’s Degree:
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
  • A professional qualification that is equivalent to a diploma / degree and a minimum of two years of working experience

OR

  • Previous work experience in the field of Project Management (minimum 5 years) demonstrated through a CV
  • Acceptance Advantage: Two letters of recommendation by your peers to start your postgraduate studies explaining your experience and why you would undertake to start these studies.

PLUS

  • Recognition of Previous (RPL) Study: All subjects / transcripts documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
  • English level: For non-English speaking students, TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent is required for students who did not study at English speaking school. The Admission Committee will also consider factors such as TOEFL/IELTS scores.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

  • Any recognized Master’s Degree or its equivalent.
  • Completed previous education in an English medium.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field of the PhD specialization.
  • Education qualification documents.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.
  • Current Resume / C.V attached.
  • A portfolio of published materials.
  • Statement of intent for the study.
  • All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Any assessments around prior learning must be submitted to the Administration Department of the Project Controls International Business School (PCiBS) via their online submission system, Make sure you have read all recognition of prior learning (RPL) requirements.

Read all of the RPL requirements before you Apply for RPL’s.

STEP 2.

Assessment of Credits

Any Credits applied for, need to be submitted and assessed by the Administration Department of the Project Controls International Business School (PCiBS) via their online submission system. 

BEFORE you submit your application of credit(s) or exemption(s) to the PCiBS Administration Department, you must submit your application for a credit assessment to the Administration Department. You must complete the online form. PCiBS Administration Department will send you a report which must be attached to your online application or the report can be submitted at a later stage during the application process. Until the credit(s) has/have been approved by the PCiBS Administration Department, all courses/subjects will be billed accordingly.

STEP 3.

Application Fees

The are no fees due to apply for a program.

Enrollment Fees

All applicants will be sent an enrollment form before the course starts. There is an Enrollment fees of USD 55.00 are applicable with each application. There will be no exceptions.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

STEP 4.

Payment of Student Fees

The student fees are applicable for the programme or subjects that you enroll in. Payment of your course fees will be expected after the enrollment process has been completed and accepted by PCiBS Administration department.

An offer of admission to study will be sent to you for acceptance. Once PCiBS Administration department receives your signed acceptance, PCiBS will register you as a student and a student number will be allocated to you.

A link will e-mailed to you to make your course or program payment. Please use your your allocated student number as a reference. If this is not done, it creates unnescessary delays in the enrollment and registration process.

All our lectures are in English. PCiBS takes no accountability or responsibility for students who cannot keep up with the work if they struggle with the English language. It is also recommended that spell-checking software is used by students. We lecture in English. We do NOT teach English.
