ADMISSIONS & APPLICATIONS

Admission requirements for MASTERCLASSES:
  • Age: Minimum age 16 years (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
  • All documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
  • One passport-size photo.
  • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.

    NOTE: 

    • Our PCiBS English teacher will teach you English in our live online Learning Management System (LMS) while studying at PCiBS. No TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent scores are needed.

    All PCiBS’ programs are conducted in English, and all correspondence will be in English.

    Admission requirements for EXECUTIVE Certificate / Diploma
    • Any Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
    • A professional qualification that is equivalent to a diploma / degree and a minimum of two years of working experience

    OR

    • Previous work experience in the field of Project Management (minimum 5 years) demonstrated through a CV
    • Acceptance Advantage: Two letters of recommendation by your peers to start your postgraduate studies explaining your experience and why you would undertake to start these studies.

    PLUS

    • All subjects / transcripts documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
    • One passport-size photo.

      Admission requirements for EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL or EXPERT Programme:
      • Any recognized Master’s Degree or its equivalent. OR Executive Education – Diploma.
      • Completed previous education in an English medium.
      • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field of the PROFESSIONAL / EXPERT specialization.
      • Education qualification documents.
      • One passport-size photo.
      • Passport copy / national ID card certified / notarized.
      • Current Resume / C.V attached.
      • A portfolio of published materials (if any).
      • Statement of intent for the study.*
      • All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.

        Applying to PCiBS via Ernest Lehman University (ELU)

        All PCiBS programs are delivered by Ernest Lehman University (ELU) using our online Learning Management System (LMS). The application process is simple and fully online.

        Step 1: Choose Your Specialization

        Browse through our list of academic programs and select the specialization that best fits your career goals.

        Step 2: Submit Your Enquiry Form

        Once submitted, our admissions team will send you all relevant program details, helping you make an informed decision.

        Step 3: Application and Enrollment Fees

        • Fees: No fees are required.
        • Certification Fee: There are fees for official certification for students who require official international certification. These differ for each institution: ISO, PMI, APM, IPMA, etc.

         

        Step 4: Complete Enrollment and Payment

        • If you require a certificate, an enrollment form will be sent to you.
        • Upon accepting the offer and submitting your signed acceptance form, you will receive a unique student number.
        • A payment link will be emailed to you. Please use your student number as the payment reference to avoid delays.

        English Language Support

        All instruction is provided in English. Students who require language support can enroll in our live English language training sessions. If you study English with PCiBS, no TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent test scores are required.

        Important Note: Students who do not enroll in English classes are expected to have strong English proficiency. PCiBS/ELU does not accept responsibility for students who fall behind due to language difficulties.

        Orientation Week

        All new programs begin with a one-week online orientation to help you settle in and understand how to navigate our systems and learning environment.
